2.2 Responsibility – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
2.3 Multiple Roles – Users may act as “Admins” (who create and manage content), “Instructors” (who deliver content), or “Students” (who consume content). Each role carries specific responsibilities outlined in these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Pricing – Certain features require payment of fees. Pricing and plans are displayed at the time of subscription and may change with prior notice.
3.2 Billing – By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
3.3 Refunds – Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Specific refund policies may apply depending on your plan.
3.4 Taxes – You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government charges.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Permitted Use – You may use Fermion to create, manage, and consume digital courses, coding labs, and related educational content.

5. Content Ownership

5.1 User Content – You retain ownership of any content you upload, publish, or distribute through Fermion (“User Content”).
5.2 License to Fermion – By using the Services, you grant Fermion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
5.3 Responsibility – You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

6.1 Our Rights – All rights, titles, and interests in Fermion, including its software, design, trademarks, and brand, are owned by Fermion Private Limited.
6.2 Restrictions – You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly permitted.

8. Suspension & Termination

8.1 Termination by You – You may stop using Fermion at any time and cancel your subscription via your account settings.
8.2 Termination by Us – We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Breach these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.
Cause risk or harm to other users or Fermion’s reputation.
8.3 Effect of Termination – Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranty – Fermion is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9.2 No Guarantee of Results – We do not guarantee that use of the Services will result in specific educational or business outcomes.
9.3 Limitation of Liability – To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fermion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9.4 Cap on Liability – Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
