Earlier this month, Fermion was acquired by Testpress. After years of building the platform that powers hundreds of online institutes, this felt like the right home for what we've created, and the right team to take it further.

Testpress has spent more than a decade working with thousands of educational institutions, with deep expertise across LMS, assessments, proctoring, and video. Bringing Fermion under their umbrella means our product gets a larger team behind it, broader infrastructure, and the resources to invest in the parts of online education that still feel unsolved.

As part of the transition, I'll be stepping into an advisory role. The product, the team, and the mission you signed up for continue, with even more capacity behind them.

This transition is designed to be invisible to the businesses and educators that rely on Fermion every day. The product continues to operate as it always has, with the same reliability you've come to expect.

In the coming weeks, you can expect additional support and capabilities introduced by the Testpress team, not replacements but reinforcements. More hands on engineering, deeper customer support coverage, and faster iteration on the parts of the platform you've been asking us to push on.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Chennai, Testpress builds software that powers online learning, assessments, and video delivery for more than a thousand educational institutions. Their product family spans an LMS, online exam software, a video streaming platform, and AI-assisted proctoring, all built in-house and refined over a decade of working closely with coaching institutes, tutoring centers, and training organizations.
